This case proves that sales is like sex - you need to experiment boldly in order to acheive great results. No one has ever sold real estate through PornHub before, but it worked. We sold four apartments in a nice family residential complex, with an average revenue of $22,000 per sale. It seems that the public’s sexual thoughts and thoughts of future family planning are not as separate as people may imagine.

Our choice to advertise through PornHub as part of a strategy for reaching new clients was purely an experiment. We knew that PornHub was not associated with family values and comfort. Furthermore, there were no statistics to work with, or even approximate algorithms to start from - those only exist for dildo retailers. But, we saw excellent results.

Found an excellent way of working with our partners Sales Machine - this project is a result of our joint brainstorms. Sales Machine developed the creatives for placement on PornHub; they created the banners, produced all of the pages, implemented the promo codes and tracked the sales. We placed these creatives on the site, and took responsibility for implementing and optimising the advertising, working with the traffic, tracking visitors, and reporting all results.
We sell apartments and control the entire commercial block, from marketing to hiring managers and managing the expectations of our clients. Together with Digital Bands, we often speak on the topic of new channels. First, we collect ideas on our own side, and then we discuss the best of them together. At one of these meetings, the idea was voiced that PornHub has a huge traffic, but almost no one had unearthed this audience. So it started.
